Multifandom Fic Bingo: A is for alt.wiz, B is for Blood Brothers...

P is for Psmith and the Greek Spirit, S is for Space Crazy, T is for To a Doctor's Wife

As promised, I am posting my multifandom bingo card after reading five fics. Today they are from five different fandoms.

alt.wiz: Charlie Furth, Usenet, and the Magical Internet Revolution, a Harry Potter fic by flibbertygigget, is a piece of fictional non-fiction detailing events that could have taken place in the wizarding world of the 1990s. This fic is brilliant. If you read Harry Potter fic at all, go read it. 8,932 words. Gen.

Blood Brothers is an Sentinel fic by jennytork that presents some of Jim's thoughts after Blair is injured on a case. It isn't actually bad, but it didn't really do anything for me. 406 words. Gen.

Psmith and the Greek Spirit by kindkit is a fic based on the Psmith series by P. G. Wodehouse. This is one of my favorite pieces of fanfic, and I admit that I reread it just so that I could put it on my bingo card. It's a sweet story told in an outstanding imitation of Wodehouse's style but adding a depth not usually found in canon. 4,578 words. Psmith/Mike slash.

Space Crazy by icarus_chained is an A-Team (TV) fic. It's a delightful little AU featuring the team IN SPACE!. The characterizations are nicely done. 1,559 words. Gen.

To a Doctor's Wife by tweedisgood is a Sherlock Holmes story. I've read it before, too, but when I ran across it while looking for something else, I couldn't resist reading it again. It's a beautifully conceived and executed fic, which I recommend highly. 4,247 words. Holmes/Watson slash (kind of).

Thank you. I am proud of it. It does seem to be harder to make the story images look nice with this background, though, in comparison to the MFU board and the Pros board. I'm not sure why that is. I want to do a bingo with a bit of a twist, but sadly no time at present — but just playing with the boards feels like joining in.

We have some lousy weather here at the moment, not dangerous, but lousy. When the gusty galing stops, think I'm going to have to rescue my bins !
