I've investigated the numbers of gen, slash, and het* stories in my collection, as well.
My
MFU
folder contains 83 gen stories, 63 slash stories, and 3 het stories.
My
Pros
folder contains 25 gen stories, 69 slash stories, and 3 het stories.
Among the others, the Doctor Who folder contains only gen, while the Raffles and Psmith folders contain only slash.
*(In my classification, any story that focuses on a heterosexual relationship is a het story, even if it contains no sex at all.)
