I have four more shortish fics to write about today. There are a few longer stories that I hope to read before the end of this bingo round, but I haven't started on them yet.

macklingirl added it to her bingo card. As was the case with Till a Bullet Stopped His Song, I had already filled the relevant square on my own bingo card, but I liked the fic so much that I saved it to reread during the second round. This is a wonderful fic. I won't say much about it, to avoid spoilers, but it has excellent characterizations and a lot of understated yet vivid emotion. 3,482 words. B/D slash. Particularly recommended.
