Lifetime Fic Bingo: 2010
Aug. 3rd, 2024 11:19 pmAgain, it's been a while since I posted. I'm definitely not going to finish this game by the end of the year. (Oh well.) I do hope to pick up the pace a bit, though. Reading fanfic is a healthy activity for me, and I haven't been doing enough of it lately.
And again, I'm not feeling at all excited about writing up the fics I read for this year. I've been putting it off for several days, hoping I'd get in the mood, but that hasn't happened. Hence I've decided just to do very abbreviated reviews. Sorry if they are less interesting.
It's 2010. Katy Perry is on the radio. Here in the USA, the year's top film is Toy Story 3. New terms coined include: 5G, Arab Spring, bump stock, deadname, and misogynoir.
For 2010 I read five works: one Professionals fic, one Professionals x 28 Days Later crossover, one Professionals x FlashForward crossover, one Sherlock Holmes x Neverwhere crossover, and one Man from U.N.C.L.E. fic.
